Offered logical-linguistic model for the choice of analytical model for countering the negative impacts of ergatic element, adequate air situation, characterized by the rule for choosing the appropriate analytical model solution of flight management team expert adequate current traffic situation on the respective term-sets, which are defined by functional dependencies. The change from particular mathematical model of information processes to hybrid logical-linguistic models allows you to state and solve the dynamic object control problem with stability rating in conditions of qualitative information about air situation and ground environment. This approach allowed to suggest integrated methodological concept of task-specific ergatic system generation that consists in integration of different information within the one decision model of flight management team experts in implementation of intended function, securing high reliability and airline hub capacity.
