The article suggests science-based solutions to improve the effectiveness of training and re-training industry by developing an integrated learning environment based on an automated system for distance learning program code digging and methodological support, tailored to the professional standards. A classification of electronic educational resources (EER) and the requirements to their structure, as well as to the structure of the training modules and programs.Developed a formalized description of the training module and EER. Formed the conceptual basis for building a distance learning system, and methods of certification and relationship management department staff and employees of the company. The brief analysis of the characteristics of distance learning management systems and made reasonable LMS MOODLE, a software environment to automate the management of staff training industry.
