The task of choosing a system for the implementation at an enterprise can be considered as a problem of multi-alternative choice, based on assessments of compliance of alternatives to the requirements. The main selection criteria are the functionality of the system; its total cost of ownership; the prospects of development, support and integration; technical features and etc. The known methods of multi-alternative choice in numerical and fuzzy estimates do not take into account the fact that some systems may have a redundancy or deficiency of some functions. Therefore, the choice of a corporate information system is based on assessments of the compliance of alternatives to the requirements, the discrepancy of alternatives to the requirements, and the level of the indeterminacy or uncertainty in these estimates. In the article two examples of choosing a system for the implementation at different estimates of criteria are described. Also the method of choosing the best system when the compliance of alternatives to the requirements, the discrepancy of alternatives to the requirements, and the level of the indeterminacy have the same estimates is offered. In addition, two examples of choosing a system for the implementation when fuzzy sets representing the estimates of criteria and estimates of alternatives don not match are described. The fuzzy model of an alternative choice of a corporate information system allows choosing a system that best meets the requirements of an enterprise and the implementation of which may require lower cost. The advantage of the model, except for the use of high-quality expert estimates, is that it takes into account the redundancy or deficiency of some functions in systems.
