Results of the developed formalized description of the main structural components of grid-system are presented in article: basic grid-service, resource units in the form of group of desktop personal computers of the enterprise. The functional and logical structure of virtual model of professional community is developed. Methods and technologies of increase of mobility of process of preparation and retraining of the personnel of the industrial enterprises, allowing to realize flexible and geographically independent system of preparation of the personnel, and also expeditious help support on workplaces, at the expense of application of the distributed calculations on the basis of grid-architecture and creation of model of virtual community are offered. The database is developed for a subsystem of formation of training courses taking into account functionality of virtual community and grid – architecture.
