Measurement and Control of the Medium Acidity

The mathematical description of the hydrogen ion concentration medium formed in the reactor-converter in the interaction of acid and alkaline streams. The models of the dissociation of a strong acid and a strong base, as well as model compounds with an excess of acid or base in a general way. Titration curves obtained in general. Portion of the curve near the neutralization point for the termination of the second type described in the introduction of the original model of the dissociated water. Constructed and studied a model of the reactor-converter, the relevant structure of flows of ideal mixing, including regulation of acidity of the medium in the reactor by means of on-off control. Investigated the steady state and transient conditions neutralization in a separate reactor-converter. Obtain the static and dynamic characteristics. Gives estimates of the nonlinearity of these characteristics. Investigated by a three-stage technology industrial neutralization. Shows the advantages of the cascade converter reactors, eliminates oscillatory mode when OFF control.
