Synthesis of Energy-efficient Control System for an AC Motor |

Investigated the energy-saving mode of asynchronous motor. Substantiates the effectiveness of the frequency converter and recuperating mode. Compiled scheme of recuperator and analyzed his work. Compiled the model of a single-phase energy recuperator unit and the results of the simulation. Based on the analysis of the circuit block diagram of recuperator composed of the device control system including the influence of the power network. In order to improve cosφ work of recuperator is synchronized with mains voltage. Changing the network parameters in the process makes it difficult to optimize the current loop of recuperator control system. To stabilize the dynamic characteristics of the system, we propose to use preemptive correction. The comparison of the sensitivity functions of transfer functions of systems with preemptive correction and without changes to the mains supply. It is proved that the use of correction to reduce the effects of variations in the network to work recuperator.
