The article is devoted to the organization of a flexible user access rights to the information stored in the automated system of the industrial enterprise. It is noted that the results achieved in the problems of access rights to the use of data mining, do not give a complete picture of network security in general, and at the moment there remain a number of unresolved problems. Namely, the use of fuzzy sets of subjects and objects is not supported by developed methods of analysis. To solve the problem of analysis of the set of subjects and objects used in fuzzy clustering analysis. We introduce the concept of the evaluation function separability and compactness. Optimized use of the maximin method in combination with the strategy of merging to form the optimal variants of a variable number of clusters. The work solved an important scientific and technical challenge of creating clustering algorithm undefined objects and subjects of the automated system of the industrial enterprise.
