If the machines are interchangeable, it is possible if necessary to reallocate production tasks between machines, that is, any party pieces can be processed on any of the machines. In view of the fact that the machines are different indicators of reliability, a real-time batch processing on different machines will be different. It is shown that the probabilistic nature of the operation of the equipment must necessarily be taken into account when planning the temporal parameters of the production program through the reliability of technical means. As characteristics of the reliability of the production program examined three indicators. It is shown that the short-term planning is advisable to use as an indicator of the probability of the production program for a specified time, and long-term planning – the average execution time of the program. The algorithm of the optimal distribution of the production program at ACC machines based on their reliability indices. It is shown that such a distribution ensures minimum loss of rhythmicity of the production process caused by the failure of machine tools.
