Kapulin The process of designing a control system drum boiler unit TGM-96B using SCADA-system Proficy iFIX. The main components and operating principles, the structure of the control scheme of the boiler unit, simulation results are describes. Discussed in detail the process of developing a model using fuzzy logic and integration with iFIX means the application package MATLAB. Designed complex can be used as a teaching example of construction of simulation models of complex objects, the interface operator of workstations, communication between the individual components of the control system for studying the properties of control systems based on fuzzy logic. Such software systems also allow for the preparation of carrier personnel in conditions as close to real, and similar systems can be used for modeling objects of power, and in other areas of industry and energy sector.
