Substantiation of Technological Control System with an Array of Breaking Ore Preserving the Identity of Its Geological Structure |

The dominant trend of development of resources base of many nonferrous metals, especially such as uranium, gold, silver, platinum and rare earth, is the complication of the structure of deposits and reduced quality of developed reserves through unevenness growth of mineralization and ore reduction indicators. Under these conditions, is becoming increasingly urgent problem of creating a technological system of control blasting that preserves identity of the geological section of the ore slugger array. The use of this system allows you to organize selective extraction and transport of ore and waste rock during gross breaking out. Fulfilled laboratory and field experiments have established depending horizontal and vertical displacements of the destroyed array from conditions and parameters of the explosion of geotechnology in the presence and absence of a retaining wall. On the basis of these relationships established methodology for calculating optimal parameters of drilling and blasting operations that maintain a broken-off position array ore deposits, as well as the proposed the process control system of breaking in sequential engineering activities.
