Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back Development of Laboratory Workshops for Specialized Laboratories Remote Access Environment iLab Ostroukh A.V. This paper proposes an approach to the development of laboratory research workshops for industrial interfaces. As logistics research laboratory complex used National Instruments software and iLab Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which allows a platform to familiarize students with the concept of virtual laboratories in general and using industrial interfaces in particular. Open architecture provides high adaptability submitted virtual laboratories, and the availability of simple tools to adapt to easily and efficiently integrate with existing computer lab and traditional courses and to determine the depth and detail of material consideration, depending on the level of students (from high school to university) and the ultimate goals of the educational process. Thus, a high degree of personalization of educational material, which significantly increases the efficiency of the educational process. Using hybrid laboratories in the educational process allows on the one hand enable the student to perform experiments with equipment and material gain practical skills in conducting experiments and view detailed computer model of a unique object without the risk of costly equipment damage or injury. On the other hand, the connection of existing laboratory equipment and devices via the Internet for hybrid lab allows you to translate laboratory work to a new level, allowing multiple students to simultaneously conduct laboratory work remotely and more flexibly, that would difficult in the traditional laboratory work.
