The article presents the results of work on creation of the automated laboratory stand for research modes of diesel generator set. In order to save fuel engine operates at variable speed depending on the load. The structure of the stand is show, its description and main characteristics are given. Laboratory stand provides possibility modeling of static and dynamic modes of diesel generator set with the registration of all the main parameters of the operating mode.
