The methodical device of an assessment of security of information from leak on technical channels as set of procedures of synthesis of system of indicators of quality of counteraction to technical means of investigation locates. Formal rules of systematization of characteristics of security are formulated. Procedure of systematization of a set of indicators of quality of counteraction to technical means of investigation on the basis of streamlining of these indicators according to the set classification basis is described. Formal interpretation of procedure is given. The classification bases of system of indicators are defined. Procedure of systematization of a set of measured and calculated indicators of quality of counteraction to technical means of investigation on the classification basis “a way of an assessment” is described. The way of a skalyarization of the vector representation of an integrated indicator of security of information received as a result of systematization from leak on technical channels by structurization of a set of indicators of quality of counteraction to technical means of investigation and ranging of elements of this set is considered. The main stages of procedure of ranging as a result of which confidentiality of information activities as the integrated characteristic of security of information from leak is determined by technical channels are given. Probabilistic character of this characteristic locates. The conclusion about need of use of the functional description of illegal actions on information interception as the classification basis for synthesis of system of indicators of quality of counteraction of TSP is formulated.
