Thermal Management Parameters Machining Process
Using Numerical Simulation of Thermal Dependency |

An approach to the construction of control system parameters thermal machining process based on the use of state hypersurface heat and stress-strain fields. Hypersurface obtained by mathematical modeling of heat flow in the cutting zone. Numerical simulation was carried out by finite element method for the treatment of the current collector surface. Given boundary conditions. The developed model and methodology for accurate shape of the contact surface, reliable performance, allows predicting the thermal deformation error depending on the technological processing modes. Proposed a functional diagram of the control system cutting modes and structure of cutting the rate control algorithm. Their implementation is aimed at changing the intensity of the heat flow, thermal and stress-strain state of the product. Result of thermal management is to improve the parameters of dimensional accuracy of the work piece, reducing errors form has preset characteristics of the surface layer of the treated surface by preventing unwanted microstructural transformations in the surface layer for a given steel grade of detail material.
