Development Statistical Modeling Algorithm Optimal Control Automated Crushing and Screening Process |

The paper proposes a statistical model and algorithms for optimal control of one-dimensional jaw and cone crushers, which allow for their comparative evaluation criterion value taking into account the errors of the system control variable dispersion observations of the current size of the product of crushing and variable dispersion of the starting material crushing.
The results of mathematical process optimal control experiment in which is shown the adequacy of the developed statistical model.
Developed statistical modeling algorithms optimal control jaw and cone crushers, as well as a computer program can be used for preliminary design of automated crushing and screening production (ACSP).
