Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back Subsystem of Mathematical and Software Support Decision-making on the Basis of Methods of Diagnosis of Diseases by X-rays Medical Diagnostic Automated Information System Proskuryakov A.V., Samoylenko A.P. The report examines the subsystem of mathematical and software decision support «Medical diagnostic automated information system» based on the methods of diagnosis of diseases of the frontal and maxillary sinuses by their images on radiographic and tomographic images. In accordance with standard technology selected fragments of the picture displayed matrices corresponding values of the intensities of brightness of pixels as elements of localized images. The first method is a method of diagnostics reference method. One of the fragments localized acts as a reference, while keeping constant the intensity of brightness of pixels constituting it. The second method is a method of diagnosis, nonstandard. Assuming that the matrix is a random variable, the use of elements of applied mathematical statistics by which the matrix is a bar graph probability density functions of the intensity pixel brightness. Each histogram is the empirical distribution law densitometric parameter snapshot estimated expectation, variance, mean square deviation and coefficient of variation. Diagnosis of the fragments of the object of study estimated the ratio of expected histograms diagnosed fragment and a reference object, and a comparative analysis of the coefficient of variation of these histograms. In the diagnosis of the state of nonstandard object fragments studies evaluated in the analysis of the autocorrelation matrix of the image, which is called the scattering matrix, because it characterizes the scattering variance of image elements. The report provides scientific novelty and the results obtained in the application of these methods diagnostic method ENT-diseases in the implementation of the main components of the automated medical diagnostic information system based on computer network Internet/Intranet.
