Stroganov The article suggests science-based solutions to improve the effi ciency of personnel certifi cation of road construction departments and enterprises by developing an integrated learning environment based on an automated system of distance learning with the open source software and methodological support, tailored to the professional standards. Analyzed personnel certifi cation procedure of road construction departments and enterprises for optimization and automation.Proposed and implemented optimization solutions for all stages of the preparation and conduct conformance testing: to create test items for batch import of test items in a database of test tasks and adaptive algorithm for bringing the subject of tests. The developed technique of adaptive presentation may perform various functions, depending on the settings of the algorithm.
