Automated Control System of Twin-shaft Mixer for Quickly Mounted Concrete Plants |

The article propose a brief description of the automated control system of twin-shaft mixer (ACS TSM) for quickly mounted concrete
plants. Analyzes the impact of structural and technological parameters of a two-shaft continuous mixer on the nature of the process
of mixing in the longitudinal and transverse directions, and the fi nal value of the quality of the resulting mixture. With these features made
the software implementation of ACS TSM, which is a set of hardware technical, informational, mathematical and software for control
of technological objects, which provides an optimal level of automation of the collection and processing of information for generating
control signals and transmit them without loss or distortion actuators in order to achieve the most effi cient operation of process control
object as a whole.
