Development of the Automated Information-measuring System for the Study of the Problem of Electrifi cation of Insulators |

The article is devoted to the problem of creation of a specialized instrument for testing of dielectric materials used in spacecraft. The
book examines the phenomenon of electrifi cation, the causes for spacecraft and describes its various forms; a brief comparative analysis
of methods of suppression of electrifi cation, including such an effective method, as the use c dielectrics. The necessity of developing
specialized automated information and measuring system for investigation of the effectiveness of measures to combat electrifi cation
using nano conductive dielectrics. Defi ned the functional and the structural diagram of the automated information-measuring system.
The developed scheme of installation of the measuring and actuating devices in the working chamber during operation of the automated
information-measuring system in different modes. Proposed the methodology of using an automated information-measuring system of
procedures for measuring the conductivity of the sample under thermal Cycling conditions and measurement of surface potential of a
sample when irradiated with the electron fl ow with the fi xation of occurrence of electrical discharges.
