A model of a database for software implementation of distance learning system with training and retraining of personnel safe road transport. A variant of the software implementation of electronic educational resources for training and certifi cation of personnel road construction departments and enterprises. Implemented in a MOODLE automated system of distance learning with the open source software and methodological support, tailored to the qualifi cation requirements and professional skills.
