Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back Controller of Program Heat for Research a Thermal Behavior of Energetic Materials E.A. Dmitrieva, Yu.V. Moshchensky, A.S. Nechaev The article is devoted to the problem of the development of new and improvement of existing methods for rapid and efficient identifi cation of energetic materials. We describe the most effective, according to the authors, the method of thermal screening of energetic materials based on differential scanning calorimetry. Much attention is given to the linearization of the thermocouple readings, the analysis methods of compensation of non-linearity characteristics and identifi ed the most optimal. The choice of the temperature sensor and the working temperature range are examined. The block diagram of the developed linear heating controller is proposed. An example of a possible heating program with a short description is given about, set out the general principle of operation of the device.
