Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back Automated Laboratory Facility for Research and Development of New Technologies of Production of Chemical Products A.A. Tretyakov, I.A. Elizarov, V.N. Nazarov The article discusses the installation of an automated laboratory for the research and development of new technologies for the production of chemical products. Flow sheet is installed and the laboratory equipment used in an installation. It describes the installation of the system was built based on the control of industrial controller PLC-110-60, and the I/O modules series 110 fi rms «OWEN» and SCADA-system «KRUG 2000». We present the structure of the technical means to control the system, description of the used hardware and software. It also describes the automated workplace (AWP), which includes several interrelated motion pictures, and the mechanism of interaction between the application software of the control of the controller software and the top management level – operator AWP. The choice of tool CoDeSys programming system as a means of industrial controllers. It describes the features of the implementation of temperature in the reactor.
