Drozd A hybrid model of electronic design document as a model in the form of a fi nite state machine with elements of domainspecific ontologies, suitable for use in an integrated information environment of the design bureau of circuits «System on a chip» is considered. The definition of an electronic document as applied to the design of microelectronic devices is given. The location of the electronic document in the structure of an integrated information environment of the design bureau is shown. The structural and behavioral models of electronic design documents using the machine domain-specific ontology and the theory of automata are shown.
