Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back Extended Process-oriented Model for MCU Programming A.S. Rozov, V.E. Zyubin This paper investigates the possibility of creating a process-oriented programming language suitable for control applications on microcontroller platforms. We analyze specific features of microcontroller programming and determine requirements for the language. A novel hyperprocess-based model of control software is introduced, allowing use of hardware interrupts in process-oriented systems.
