Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back Issues of Improvement of Automated Control Systems for Crushing and Screening Units M.Yu. Ryabchikov, R.E. Burnashev, E.S. Ryabchikova, A.P. Berestov Nowadays, both in the Russian Federation and abroad, crushing and screening units (CSU) are in great demand. At the same time published papers do not feature development of automated control systems for such units in detail. This paper describes main issues and development trends of the modular approach in CSU construction. It presents practical solutions based on development and operation of the CSU in CJSI Ural-Omega (Russia, Magnitogorsk) and SPA Center (Belarus, Minsk). Proposed control system structure allows reducing wire production costs, time and labor costs on mounting and demounting of control system electrical equipment, as well as enhancing safety and convenience of mounting, commissioning and maintenance.
