Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back An Efficiency Analysis of the Remote Sensing Monitoring Systems F.A. Mkrtchyan Considered a multi-channel system for remote monitoring of the environment to solve the problem for anomalies in the earth’s surface. The block diagram of a remote monitoring system (RMS) shown. Assess the principal parameters of RMS. Analyzed in detail block «solver» RMS. The analytical evaluation of the effectiveness of RMS obtained. Basic function of the RMS consists in the detection and classification of anomalous processes on the land surface. Algorithm for the overcoming the uncertainties in the assessments of environmental parameters, connected with the limits of technical tools used for the environment diagnostics is proposed. It is shown that versatility of the detection task of anomalies on the land surface needs for its solution using the system analysis approach giving a possibility to consider all complex task with unique positions and to approach to the detection monitoring system synthesis provided by reliable self-control function.
