Shcherbakov A set of statements which can be used as the methodic base of the methods substantiation of the mathematical patterns construction of the optimization of the complex technical control (CTC) procedures is formulated and proved. The formal interpretation of the infl uence of the disclosure of the informations contents situation on the informatization object on the characteristic of the informations unbreakability is given. The requirements regulating the CTC organization of information security from the leakage through the channels of TEMPEST in the course of information activities on the special-purpose informatization objects are formulated.
