Automated Laboratory Installation for the Development and Research of Technologies for the Production of Chemical Additives in Concrete |

The article considersan automated laboratory installation for the research and development of production technologies for promising chemical additives in concrete. The technological scheme of the laboratory installation and the equipment used are described. The structure of a set of technical means of the installation control system is described. The structure is based on the industrial controller OWEN PLC 308 and the I/O modules series 110 fi rms «OWEN» and SCADA-system «KRUG 2000». It also describes the operator’s automated workstation (AWP) based on the SCADA-system «KRUG 2000» and the mechanism of interaction between the application software of the controlling controller and the upper level of control – the operator’s AWP. The main video frames of the operator’s AWP are given. Calibration procedures for pH meter and weights are described. The choice of instrumental system CoDeSys as a means of programming industrial controllers is substantiated.
