Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back Concept of Automated Control and Monitoring System for Railroad Cement Warehouse A.V. Ostroukh In the article the concept of automated control and monitoring system (ACS) for railroad cement warehouse. The system is a set of hardware maintenance, information, mathematical and software for management of technological objects of railroad warehouse of cement. The article briefly analyzes the ways of unloading hopper, as well as basic equipment for mechanical and pneumatic conveying of cement hopper in the cement silos. The system is using wireless communication technologies and data exchange between sensors and data acquisition devices. This makes it possible to combine separate silo (groups of silo) into a single cement warehouse, control them and monitor cement stocks remotely via the Internet.
