Modeling Network Attack of Attacker in the Corporate Information System |

In the article, the research of attacks on the corporate information system was conducted. Networks’ attacks and their consequences were analyzed. The stages of malefactors’ attacks execution are determined. Based on these stages, the authors defined the rules for executing malefactors’ attacks on the corporate information system. The analysis of approaches and methods to the modeling of malefactors’ attacks is carried out. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the most effective are a game theory, probability theory, decision trees. These methods were used to simulate attacks. The process of malefactors’ attacks simulation on a corporate information system is described. The software was developed as a tool for network attacks modeling in the corporate information system. The architecture of the software is proposed and described. The tests results of the developed modeling tool are presented, confirming its effectiveness and the possibility of using it to analyze and evaluate the corporate information system security.
