Bobyr, M.A. Abduljabbar The article deals with the control device for thermoelement in the problem of controlling temperature deformation during machining of parts on a 3-axis CNC milling machine. Control of temperature deformations is carried out by supplying the control voltage from the microcontroller to the gate of the fi eld-effect transistor. In this case, the change in the cooling intensity of the thermoelement implements the drain of the fi eld-effect transistor. The article presents a program code that allows real-time control of the voltage at the gate of a fi eld-effect transistor. the fuzzy model of controlling temperature in the cutting zone is presented.
