Gulyamov, B.M. Temerbekova, K.R. Abdullaeva, F.T. Adilov, S.V. Zhorov Now in most branches of professional detail the traditional technologies of training based on knowledge, skills are used. However in many spheres it is not enough to future experts to seize only separate knowledge, to skills, and important also to receive professional competences. The competence actually represents ability to successfully apply the gained knowledge, skills in case of the decision of specifi c professional objectives, including different diffi cult and non-standard tasks. In particular, mastering complex professional competences needs to be reached when training in monitoring and control of technological processes of a gas-chemical complex, demanded in a number of branches of economy of Uzbekistan. Therefore the problem of increase in effi ciency of process of vocational education of operators of gas-chemical branch on the basis of approach with use of highly intellectual automated learning systems on the basis of computer simulators is relevant. We will consider the existing approaches to the solution of this current problem, we will reveal shortcomings of these approach and we will defi ne perspectives of further theoretical development in a solution.
