The economic growth generates expectations of a substantial increase in demand for energy resources in the country that requires the solution of inherited and accumulated over the years of reforms the economic problems in the conditions of globalization and increasing global competition, the exacerbation of the struggle for energy resources, markets, etc.
The question arises about the creation of models for predicting energy consumption with the aim of improving the quality and accuracy of predictive models.
For prediction we use different forecasting methods. For the decision of tasks of forecasting forecast with a minimum error
of consumption. These studies help to elaborate recommendations to develop a reference and to determine the infl uence of individual components on forecast errors.
