Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back Modeling and Implementing Automated System for the Preparation and Use of Cullet in Production of Glass V.I. Domanov, A.I. Bilalova The article discusses the issue of implementing a modernized automated system for the processing of cullet for the glass company based on the a priori modeling of the process. As a means of modeling applies the mathematical apparatus of Petrinets, which is well proven for discrete dynamic processes with a characteristic parallelism, such as this one. The automated system is represented as a graph of operations of the technological process of recycling of cullet with appropriate transitions that cause a change of operations, and are presented in a convenient tabular form command on/off operations and the sensor signals that facilitates development of control programs.
