The paper proposes an analytical approach to presenting graphical family more integrated functions through a synthesis of empirical
models, which allows you to create automatic data-measuring operational Radio radio operation quality control amid external pulse radio
noise storms fatal descent. Considered an example of determining the parameters of synthesis of empirical model (POEM) for additional
integrated functions (the WPPT), taken from the WPPT, family graph report, International Cotton Advisory Committee. New analytical
expression for the main integral function (CONFERENCE) atmospheric radio noise envelope (SAA), which are evaluated through the
relevant characteristics of the WPPT. Analytic shows the symmetry of the WPPT and CONFERENCE regarding the x-axis throughout
the dynamic range of amplitude envelope of the SAA. The results of the comparison are demonstrated graphically. In the work of the
recommendations, together with an indication of the literary sources for the practical use of earlier development of one of the authors on
this issue with transformation of graphic WPPT one bandwidth to another.
