Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back Automated Test Facility «Artifi cial Lungs» of Personal Protective Equipment A.A. Tretyakov, I.A. Elizarov, S.A. Skvortsov, M.P. Onevsky, V.A. Pogonin The article deals with the automated installation «Artifi cial Lungs» for testing individual means of protection of human respiratory organs of an insulating type. Describes the technological scheme of the test installation and the equipment used. The modular structure of the automated control system for the «Artifi cial light» installation is described, as well as the structure of the hardware complex of the plant control system, built on the basis of the WinPAC WP-8847-EN industrial controller and the I-8K I/O modules of ICP DAS. The automated workstation (ARM) of the operator based on the SCADAsystem «TRACE MODE» and the mechanism of interaction between the application software of the controlling controller and the upper level of control, the operator’s workstation, are also described. The main video frames of the operator’s workstation are given. The choice of the ISaGRAF tool system as a means of programming industrial controllers is substantiated.
