This article discusses the mathematical model of cyber threats for the software of the automated system describing the strategy and tactics of certain types of cybernautic. On the basis of the theory of system analysis and theory modeling complex systems the proposed
approach to the description of the destabilizing effects that allow you to take into account the structure of the software to control the interface and provide malicious software impact on him by limiting his availability and integrity in the operation of software software components of automated systems. The article provides a formal description of the software structure, its interface, software effects, leading to destabilization and the emergence of information confl icts in the course of operating automated systems. The model and its program realization will allow to fully assess the effectiveness of the systems of information security of automated control systems for mission critical facilities.
