Makarenko This article is dedicated to the issue of effective enterprise management at the stage of forming requirements for its information system. There is shematically presented the procedure of forming requirements for the IS and there are characterized the IS components, management tasks, resourses for business and business processes, and also functional requirements for the IS, and standard solutions. An example of forming requirements for the enterprise information system in accordance with the purposes and methods of achieving effective management is given.
