Rytov The article considers the method of formation of groups of limited access in information portals in relation to regional Executive authorities, based on the enhanced functionality of the packet data Protocol. This is necessary because the information portal is intended for use by a wide range of persons with different powers of access to information of different levels of confi dentiality both in the open and in the closed part. In view of this, the task of differentiation of access rights and additional protection of data located in the closed part of the information network of regional Executive authorities becomes particularly urgent.
