Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back Analysis of the Measurable Parameters of the Ore Crushing Section of the Mining and Processing Integrated Plant E.R. Fedorova, M.E. Trifonova This article summarizes the crushing and grinding stages, equipment used at these stages for the sections of the mining and processing integrated plant under study. For the study of the object, we used existing automation schemes, SCADA project, and archived production data. The paper analyzes the impact of changes in various input parameters on the target parameter. We determined the density of the pulp at the exit of the grinding section as the target parameter. We analyzed possible control parameters and target functions. As a result of the work, a statistical model of the control object was generated in the Troubleshooter component of the Proficy Csense software package, which can be used in management based on this model.
