Processing a Large Amount of Operational Control Data and Preparing it for the Development of an Automated Process Control System |

The relevance of the study is due to the need to improve the quality of the smelting products of copper-nickel sulfide raw materials in the Vanyukov furnace. The analysis of the quality of process control showed that there is a need to stabilize the composition of smelting products. The aim of the work is to identify methods that are most suitable for the preparation of operational control data for the development of a process control system for smelting copper-nickel sulfide raw materials in a Vanyukov furnace. The statistical methods of processing the data set of the operational control of the work of the real object of research are used. A correlation analysis of the parameters of the process. The factors that have the greatest influence on the copper content in the matte and ensure the progress of physicochemical transformations are revealed. An original approach to processing the data set of operational control for the development of an automated process control system is proposed. The adopted method of forming an array of data suitable for the development of a process control system for smelting coppernickel sulfide raw materials in a Vanyukov furnace allows one to interpret the results obtained for their further practical use.
