The Practice of the Information Technologies Utilization at Solving the Tasks of the Technological Processes Monitoring Based on the Industry 4.0 Concept

The production of customized high-quality products is the main idea of modern enterprises. Usually, different digital technologies are used in these plants and it’s the main driver that provides implementation of high-efficient systems all over processes in the plant at every step of product life cycle and reduces of costs. These enterprises are named «digital productions» because of the general digitalization of everything trend. Quality parameters and production systems parameters are controlled by different smart production systems. The paper under discussion covers the area of the technological parameters monitoring and deals with the goal of the production targets meeting according to the production plan. The engineering approach to the problem based on the development of the monitoring information system. The system specializes on the metalworking technological processes and operates with particular information. The data includes different characteristics of the technological process, the required resources value and the production plan. The main s ystem feature is ability to combine information flows from various levels of the factory automation hierarchy. At the system processing result, operators and executive managers can obtain protocols and reports about technological processes parameters for making decisions which are necessary to carry out production plan. It may occur in case of the parameters deviations from the given values. The system contextual diagrams are depicted in this paper. They show system processing steps, information flows, used devices and equipment, data sources and general system functionality.
