Dvilyansky The method of optimisation of economic expenses of objects of a critical information infrastructure in the conditions of influence of electromagnetic impulses for the purpose of maximisation of the prevented damage is considered, allowing to prove a choice of actions of maintenance of functional stability of the given objects and based on intellectual technology of optimisation and stabilisation of the systems.
