Intellectual Control Methods of the Induction Soldering of Spacecraft’s Waveguide Paths |

The process control of the induction soldering of spacecraft’s thin-walled aluminum waveguide paths is a complex and time-consuming process. Classical control methods do not provide sufficient control of the parameters of a fast-moving process. The article discusses the possibility of using intelligent methods to control the process of induction soldering of spacecraft’s waveguide paths. There were made a review of intelligent methods suitable for solving the problem of controlling the technological process of induction soldering, as well as the effectiveness analysis of selected intelligent methods based on full-scale experimental studies. Based on the results of the analysis, the most effective method of induction soldering intelligent control of the spacecraft’s waveguide paths was selected. The use of intelligent methods to control the process of induction soldering will improve the efficiency of its control and, accordingly, improve the quality of products. The article will be useful to scientists and organizations involved in the intellectualization of various technological processes, as well as to specialists using the method of induction heating in the production.
