Sidelnikov The problems of building a system of predictive control of fiber-optic linear paths of transport communication networks invariant to transmission technology are considered. The effectiveness of the proposed solutions is achieved through the collection, accumulation and primary processing of information on the state of the elements of the transport communication network and current performance indicators of the functioning of heterogeneous fiber-optic linear paths synthesized based on DWDM technology. The implementation of the proposed approaches is achieved through the use of data mining technology in conjunction with the means of parallel processing and storage of optical information in the framework of the neurooptical paradigm.
