Estimation of Pre-emergency Conditions of Technological Equipment and Control Equipment |
M.V. Lyakhovets, G.V. Makarov, A.S. Salamatin, M.V. Shipunov
In the work it is offered to expand control functions of the automated control systems of technological complexes at the expense of operative control of pre-accident states of technological units and malfunctions of control and measuring devices on indirect signs. This is achieved by introducing into their structure continuously functioning subsystems of operational diagnostics based on algorithms of processing and analysis of analog and discrete signals. The general structure of multivariant implementation of such subsystem is described. The variants of indicators and algorithms suitable for practical use, based on methods of mathematical logic and statistics, are offered. Examples of functioning of such subsystems at coal processing factories on an example of a subsystem of operative estimation of malfunctions of control and measuring devices on indirect signs; a subsystem of control “gumming” of technological pipelines are presented. Specific indicators for such assessment are proposed. Efficiency of the offered algorithms by comparison of results of full-scale observations and model decisions is shown.
Keywords: control systems, operative diagnostics of equipment conditions, built-in control subsystems, multivariability, programming of real-time systems.
