Dvilyanskaya The article presents an approach to solving the problem of determining the moments of structural shifts in time series describing dynamic of changes in socio-economic indicators. It based on using interval analysis of the numerical characteristics of time series. Proposed solutions can reduce computational complexity necessary to solve the problem and improve precision of forecasting socio-economic indicators. The implementation of described approach in automated systems of managing socio-economic processes will improve efficiency of managerial decisions.
