Formal Aspects of the Mathematical Model Representation Characteristics of Cyber Stability of the Information Environment |

The author’s definitions of the concepts «efficiency of information process implementation in an automated system», «effectiveness of detection, prevention and elimination of consequences of computer attacks on information resources of an automated system», «technological failure» and «cyber-stability of the information environment» are formulated. Restrictions on the probabilistic interpretation of the flow of destructive effects on the information resources of an automated system caused by computer attacks are formulated. The random nature of the values of the indicator of the effectiveness of the information process in an automated system in the dynamics of its functioning as a result of computer attacks is justified. The analytical model of the indicator of cyber-stability of the information environment is given.
