Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back Concept of Integrated Digital Tower Concrete Batching Plant A.V. Ostroukh, A.M. Kolbasin The article proposes the concept of a digital precast concrete plant, which is a set of hardware, informational, mathematical and software tools for controlling technological processes for the production of reinforced concrete products and structures. The system is based on the concepts of “Digital Factory” and “SMART Factory” and includes a set of technological equipment, information, hardware and software integrated into a industrial network. The system is scalable and includes digital subsystems for the preparation of concrete mixtures, systems for targeted distribution of concrete, access control subsystems, and jobs for management personnel. In accordance with the proposed concept, the optimum level of automation of information collection and processing is provided for generating control signals and transmitting them without loss and distortion to actuators in order to achieve the most efficient operation of the concrete plant.
