Issues of Metrological Certification of Technology for Automated Nondestructive Testing of Products from Polymer Composite Materials |

This article discusses the development of metrological certification of production technology of automated non-destructive quality control of products made of polymer composite materials to confirm operational characteristics in terms of detection and identification of internal structural defects. A product control technique has been developed to detect discontinuities (defects) with a minimum size of 30x30 mm or more. The error in calculating the areas of defects was calculated, and the stability and suitability of the technological process was assessed in terms of determining the size of the areas of defects using Shewhart maps and reproducibility indices.
